This course is a must for chocoholics. You will learn skills like tempering, moulding, piping and dipping. As well as creating your own chocolate Christmas tree, you will be making Christmas pudding chocolates and learning how to mould your own chocolate Father Christmas – all of these deliciously tempting treats are made from some of the worlds finest chocolate couverture.

- Winter Warmer Desserts
This course covers a variety of classic desserts from Chocolate soufflé to Pear Tarte Tatin and more. This is a hands on course where each person will make all the dishes and take home what they make for friends and family to enjoy. Please bring a container.
